Cannot say enough good things about Bars On Wheels and their amazing staff! Not only would I highly recommend them, I would almost say they are a must if you want to take the worry out of your event when it comes to all needs surrounding the bar. Their mobile bar itself was really nice too. They really went the extra mile to make our special night a little more special and a whole lot easier.

All we can say is WOW! They absolutely crushed it! We had a Halloween/horror themed wedding and the drink menu they created for this very unique celebration was amazing! You could easily tell they put their all into it and had fun doing it. They were so friendly and all of our guest raved about their service. Best part for us, once we reached out to them they not only came up with ideas to make the evening easier for us (moving the bar from the venue's location to a place where the guests did not feel like they left the reception to get a cocktail) but, they handled EVERYTHING! Contacted the venue, worked with the owner... they made this process so easy for us and it was one of the things we were most worried about. They were just incredible.

I highly recommend them! The communication and pricing and planning all were great. The best part is they showed up and took care of everything, I didn’t have to worry. Their set-up was gorgeous, their specialty drinks were AMAZING and even the garnishes were perfect (an edible flower on one!). I was shocked when I saw (and tasted) everything- it blew away my expectations! And our bartenders were great at their job- good to my guests, mixed fabulous drinks, and always had a smile! If you need beverage catering please look no further- you will not be disappointed!! Well worth every penny!

They were absolutely incredible! We received 4 signature cocktails with our package and everyone was raving about how delicious they were. Never even close to running low on alcohol for our 4 hour reception and our bartenders were so friendly and gracious. Set up was perfect! The mobile bar was very professional and well stocked with everything they could possibly need. I wouldn’t even think about hiring anyone else for future bartending needs.

We used Bar on Wheels for a 30th birthday party and they were amazing! Kristen and Mayalou were very responsive over email and very professional. They even created custom drinks and menus for our event which everyone loved! I will definitely be using them for future bar catering needs!

I can't say enough about them! My daughter got married during the aftermath of the hurricane and the venue didn't have any power! But they kept going - the signature drinks were AMAZING! They always made sure the mother of the bride's (me!) drink was always ready! The smiles they had the whole time was awesome! I will ALWAYS recommend Bar on Wheels for ANY event!

What a joy to work with! I just had my wedding reception and had never hired a bartender before. All of my communication with Kristen and Mayalou was wonderful, and they were able to adapt when there were sudden plan changes. On the day, Kristen and Sarah (I hope I'm getting the names right) gave us a wonderful experience and were so prepared! Everything went super smooth and they had accommodated all of our special requests. I cant recommend Bars On Wheels highly enough!

Bars on Wheels provided an incredible Rocktails bar service for our corporate party and it was a huge hit! The bar presentation is top-notch, the drinks were wonderful and the service is even better! MayaLou and Kristen were absolutely amazing and completely on-point with our event. They had prompt and thorough communication ahead of the event, showed up early to set up their bar, were 100% ready and enthusiastic, and had a non-alcohol drink that was PERFECT. It was so nice to offer something outside of soda and water. I absolutely recommend them.

We had the most epic Halloween party, and it was because of Kristen and Maya, and their ridiculously amazing bar and service! Kristen was our bartender and made the most fun cocktails and mocktails for the kids. She was just an absolute joy to have in our home, we kind of wanted to keep her forever 👻.
